Asa Danforth

Biography

Asa Danforth (1746–1818) lived seventy-two years, spanning from the pre-Revolutionary period through the early decades of American independence. His long life provided a bridge across one of the most transformative eras in American history.

Danforth was laid to rest at Onondaga Valley Cemetery, where his final resting place reflects his connection to his community. His extended lifetime represents a continuity through significant historical change.
