Bobby Royle was an Australian rules football player whose career spanned the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He was known for his commitment to the sport and his contributions to Australian football during a significant period of its development.
Royle's life ended during the First World War, and he is commemorated at the Villers–Bretonneux Australian National Memorial in France, standing among the many Australian servicemen who made the ultimate sacrifice during the conflict.
