C. Oliver Iselin was a distinguished yachtsman and financier whose steely focus and strategic insight guided both spirited regattas and international banking ventures. He led crews to victories in America’s Cup challenges, earning respect for his calm leadership on and off the water.

Iselin also supported charitable causes and civic efforts, sharing his success with institutions that fostered education and community. Laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, he is remembered as a gentleman of both the sea and society.
