Biography
Cesar Willem Ittmann was born in 1914 and pursued a career in medicine, dedicating himself to the healing profession and the care of his patients. As a physician, he embodied the values of compassion and scientific knowledge that define the medical calling.
Ittmann's promising career was ended by the devastation of World War II, in which he lost his life in 1945. His memory is preserved at the Dutch Honorary Cemetery in Bloemendaal, where he rests among others who sacrificed their lives during this tragic period of history.
