Charles F. Rand

Biography

Charles F. Rand devoted his adult life to the defense of the republic, rising through the ranks to become a seasoned military officer during the reconstruction era and beyond.

He remained a steady presence for fellow servicemembers and is remembered among Arlington National Cemetery's honored guardians of freedom.
