Charles Sumner Frost (1856-1931) was a celebrated architect whose designs for railroad stations, civic buildings, and elegant public spaces left an indelible mark on Chicago and the railroads he served.

He nurtured the talents of younger designers, remained mindful of the city’s evolving skyline, and was laid to rest at Rosehill Cemetery with deep appreciation from the communities shaped by his work.
