David E. Wood

Biography

David E. Wood, born in 1823, was a respected citizen who combined thoughtful counsel with a willingness to serve in moments of need. He sought to balance professional labor with civic responsibility, always mindful of the welfare of those around him.

He died in 1862, and the people who knew him laid him to rest at Rienzi Cemetery, grateful for the generous steadiness he offered during his life.
