Biography

Dmitry Levshin was a military leader in the Russian Imperial Army who served during the tumultuous period spanning the Russo-Japanese War and the Russian Revolution. His leadership and military expertise were shaped by the demands of this transformative era.

Like many officers of the Imperial military, Levshin became part of the Russian émigré community following the Revolution, eventually settling in France. He was interred at the Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery, a place of remembrance for the displaced Russian military elite.
