Elias Boudinot

Biography

Elias Boudinot (1740–1821) was a distinguished statesman who played an important role in the early American republic. His career spanned the Revolutionary War and the formative years of the new nation, during which he served with distinction in various governmental positions.

Boudinot was interred in Saint Mary's Episcopal Churchyard, a final resting place befitting a man of his prominence and service to his country.
