Emilio Aceval

Biography

Emilio Aceval rose to prominence through his unwavering commitment to public service, culminating in his presidency, during which he promoted fiscal responsibility and encouraged investment in national roads and railways. He believed that economic stability would create the conditions for social harmony and worked to build bridges between urban and rural constituencies.

After leaving office, he remained a moral reference for younger leaders, always advocating for integrity in administration and the defense of Paraguay’s sovereignty.
