Enoch Lewis

Biography

Enoch Lewis was born in 1776 and lived through the American Revolution and the establishment of the United States. His eighty years of life encompassed the nation's founding and early growth, making him a witness to transformative historical events.

Lewis was interred at Friends Western Burial Ground in 1856, his final resting place reflecting his faith and community. He remained a respected member of his community throughout his long life.
