Eric Namesnik rose to prominence as a two-time Olympic silver medalist in the 400-meter individual medley, competing with focused grace in Barcelona and Atlanta and inspiring national admiration for his resilience.

After hanging up his goggles, he poured himself into coaching young swimmers, offering calm encouragement and a love of the sport that endures in the hearts of his athletes, now remembered at Calvary Cemetery.
