Evan John David

Biography

Evan John David was born in 1877 and lived through the final years of the nineteenth century and much of the twentieth. His long life allowed him to witness the transformation of America from an agrarian to an industrial and modern society.

David passed away in 1961 and was laid to rest at Castine Cemetery. He is remembered as a member of his community whose life spanned nearly a century of American progress and change.
