Evgenii Amvrosievich Efimovskii was a Russian lawyer whose legal expertise served his community during a pivotal era in Russian history. He was respected for his knowledge and professional dedication.

Following the upheaval of the Russian Revolution, Efimovskii established himself in the French capital as part of the Russian émigré legal community. He was buried at Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery, a final resting place for many accomplished Russian professionals who sought refuge abroad.
