Biography

Fiodor Kolcow was a Soviet politician who served during the transformative early decades of the Soviet Union. He was involved in the political and administrative structures of the Soviet state.

He was executed at the Kommunarka shooting ground in 1938 during the Great Purge, a tragic period that eliminated many political leaders and public servants.
