Frances McAllister

Biography

Frances McAllister, born in 1784, came of age amidst new freedoms and shifting economies, yet she remained a steadfast neighbor near Woodlands who did much to sustain family ties.

She lies at Woodlands Cemetery, remembered by descendants for the resilience she showed during the early years of the republic.
