Biography
Francis Lupo belonged to the generation of young Americans who answered the call to serve during World War I, leaving home and comfort to stand with allies overseas. Though his life was brief, the courage he showed in those final months spoke to the best instincts of a proud nation.
He now lies in Arlington National Cemetery, a place of honor for those who gave their youth and promise to the cause of freedom, and his memory continues to inspire gratitude for their sacrifice.
