Biography
František Rakušan (1889–1964) was born in the final years of the nineteenth century and witnessed the remarkable transformations of the twentieth. His lifetime encompassed the end of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the creation and development of Czechoslovakia, and the post-war communist era.
He was honored with burial in the Cemetery in Dubany, where his memory is preserved in the community he knew.
