Biography

Frederick C. Stevens studied law before answering his state's call to public service, representing Minnesota in the U.S. House of Representatives and bringing a steady, analytical voice to debates on transportation, commerce, and civil service reform.

Committed to his home district, he remained involved in community affairs and the advancement of good government, and in death he found repose at Forest Hill Cemetery among the fellow citizens he served.
