Biography

Frederick Diodati Thompson (1850–1906) met the challenges of late nineteenth-century life with thoughtful resolve, tending to the responsibilities of work and kin alike; he was known by those close to him for his measured counsel and a readiness to assist when needed.

Now at rest in Green-Wood Cemetery, his memory remains a tribute to the kindness and reliability he brought daily to his household and neighbors.
