Biography
Dr. Frederick Forchheimer became a leading voice in American medicine through his teaching at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, advancing pediatric care and describing the rosy spots now bearing his name.
He tended the ill with compassion, helped organize public health efforts, and supported medical education so that communities across Ohio benefited long after his passing, his memory preserved at Spring Grove Cemetery.
