Biography

Frederick Guy Marshall took on the responsibilities of an officer with quiet determination, leading his men with care and an earnest desire to do right by both his superiors and those he commanded.

He was killed in action in 1915 and is interred at Guards Cemetery, Windy Corner, where the ripple of his leadership can still be felt through the stories of those who served alongside him.
