George Childress

Biography

George Childress was born in 1804 and lived during a period of significant growth and change in America. His life spanned the early decades of the nineteenth century, a time of expanding opportunities and development.

Childress passed away in 1841 at the age of 37, his life cut short in the prime of adulthood. He was interred in Trinity Episcopal Cemetery, where his memory is preserved among those of his faith community.
