Biography
Born Jan Václav Stich in 1746, he adopted the name Giovanni Punto and mastered the valveless horn, building an international reputation as a virtuoso of exceptional expression and agility.
He traveled through the courts of Europe inspiring composers and audiences, returning to Prague to share his refined technique before being laid to rest at Malostranský hřbitov.
