Biography

Harry B. Rosengarten devoted himself to building Philadelphia industry while remaining mindful of the workers and neighborhoods that sustained his enterprises.

He championed local improvements and civic causes, and friends and colleagues fondly remember him beside his resting place at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
