Biography
Harry H. Vaughan (1893–1981) was a career Army officer whose steady presence became a fixture in the White House during the Truman years. As Military Aide he oversaw ceremonial duties and military readiness while serving as a confident liaison between the president and the uniformed services, earning both respect from colleagues and a reputation for loyalty.
