Biography
Henry L. Hulbert, born in 1867, joined the Marine Corps and quickly became known for his fearless spirit, notably during the Samoan campaign, where his bravery earned him the Medal of Honor. His passion for the Corps and for those he led was evident in every engagement.
In 1918 he gave his life while inspiring Marines to press forward, and his sacrifice is honored alongside fellow Marines at Arlington National Cemetery.
