Biography
Herbert Vaughan was a cardinal and Catholic priest whose pastoral leadership profoundly shaped the Church in England. As Archbishop of Westminster and founder of the Mill Hill Missionary Society, he championed missions, education, and the care of the poor, drawing others into service and prayer.
He died in 1903 and is interred at Westminster Cathedral, where his legacy of missionary zeal and pastoral care continues to inspire the faithful.
