Biography

İhap Hulusi Görey was a talented Turkish illustrator whose artistic vision enriched Turkish visual culture throughout much of the twentieth century. Born in 1898, he developed a distinctive style that earned him recognition among peers and patrons of the arts.

Görey's illustrations demonstrated technical skill and creative sensibility, contributing to the visual landscape of his era. He passed away in 1986 and was laid to rest at Feriköy Cemetery, where he is remembered as an important figure in Turkish illustration and design.
