Biography
Suzan Yakar Rutkay was a talented Turkish actress whose performances enriched Turkish theater and cinema during the twentieth century. Born in 1911, she dedicated herself to the performing arts, becoming a recognized presence in Turkish cultural life.
Rutkay's acting career spanned many decades, during which she earned respect for her talent and professionalism. She continued her work until her death in 1992 at the age of 81, leaving behind a significant body of performances. She was laid to rest at Feriköy Cemetery.
