Infanta María del Pilar of Spain was a member of the Spanish royal family, born in 1912. Though her life was brief, she held the rank and dignity of an Infanta, representing the continuation of the Spanish royal lineage during the early 20th century.

Her burial in the Pantheon of the Infantes at the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial reflects her status within the Spanish royal house.
