Biography

Infante Ferdinand of Spain was a young member of the Spanish royal family whose brief life spanned only two years in the early twentieth century. Born in 1903, he represented the hopes and continuity of the Spanish dynasty, though his time on earth was tragically short.

Despite his brief existence, he was accorded the honors befitting a royal infant and was laid to rest in the Pantheon of the Infantes at the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, where members of the Spanish royal family have been honored for centuries.
