Biography
Ivan Ivanovitsj Neybach was a Soviet politician who served in various administrative roles during the early Soviet period. Born in 1884, he was among the older generation of officials who helped establish Soviet governmental structures.
Neybach was executed at the Kommunarka shooting ground in 1938 during the Great Purge. His death marked the end of a career dedicated to Soviet state building, cut short by the terror campaigns of the late 1930s.
