Biography
Kazimir Kosior was a significant Soviet politician who held important positions within the Communist Party and Soviet government. He was involved in major political and economic decisions during the formative years of the Soviet state.
He was executed at the Kommunarka shooting ground in 1938 during the Great Purge, a devastating period of political repression that claimed many senior officials and party members.
