James B. Laughlin

Biography

James B. Laughlin (1864–1928) arrived in adulthood as the region expanded in both size and opportunity, and he sought to translate that growth into everyday acts of service for the people around him. He greeted new challenges with thoughtful care and encouraged those closest to him to keep confidence in the shared values of their city.
