Biography
James Foggo spent his life alongside his brother Robert as a painter of history and genre scenes, studying abroad and bringing a steadfast devotion to craft and truth to the canvases they produced together.
He championed art education and integrity in the studio, leaving behind work that continued to be studied by fellow practitioners and resting now at Highgate Cemetery.
