Biography

James Madison Lee (1926–2017) dedicated much of his life to the United States Army, rising through the ranks with integrity and a deep sense of responsibility for the soldiers under his command. He guided others with thoughtful leadership and a readiness to listen, even in the most challenging times.

When his uniform was retired, he continued to embody the values of service and sacrifice, earning the admiration of fellow veterans and neighbors alike, and he rests at Wesleyan Chapel United Methodist Cemetery.
