Biography
James Sillett became one of the most respected members of the Norwich School of painters, known for his luminous still lifes and meticulous landscapes that captured the tranquil countryside.
He shared his knowledge with students and patrons alike before being laid to rest at Rosary Cemetery, Norwich, where fellow artists could remember his contributions to their shared craft.
