Jean-Baptiste Joseph Tyrbas de Chamberet was a French nobleman of the late 18th and early 19th centuries who lived through a period of profound social and political transformation in France. Born in 1779, he witnessed the French Revolution and the subsequent reshaping of French society and institutions.
As a member of the nobility, Chamberet's life reflected the changing fortunes and roles of the aristocracy during this tumultuous era. Despite the revolutionary upheaval that challenged the old social order, he maintained a place in French society. He was laid to rest in Père Lachaise Cemetery in 1870, a final resting place befitting his social standing.
