Johann von und zu Trauttmansdorff-Weinsberg was a member of the Trauttmansdorff-Weinsberg family and served as a Beamter, or official administrator, in the Austrian bureaucracy. Born in 1780, he lived during a period of significant political and administrative transformation in the Habsburg Empire.
As an official of the imperial administration, Trauttmansdorff-Weinsberg played a role in the governance of the Austrian lands during the early 19th century. He was interred in the Trauttmansdorff Vault, the family's distinguished burial place.
