John Wright

Biography

John Wright was a resident of Niagara County during the early nineteenth century, a period of significant growth and development in western New York. He lived during a transformative era in American history, witnessing the expansion of settlements and commerce in the region.

Wright's life spanned thirty-five years, from 1811 to 1846, and he was laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery, a final resting place for many prominent citizens of the area.
