Joseph B. Kershaw

Biography

Joseph B. Kershaw rose to the rank of Confederate general during the Civil War, leading troops with courage and earning respect on the battlefield. After the war, he turned his attention to rebuilding, embracing public service as his state sought to heal and move forward.
