Julia Brand

Biography

Julia Brand (1804–1858) was a woman whose life unfolded during the early Victorian era, a time of significant cultural and social development in England. She lived through more than half a century of the 19th century, witnessing the rapid changes that characterized her age.

Julia was laid to rest at the Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin in Cardington, where she was remembered by those who knew her. Her life, like many of her contemporaries, was part of the enduring history of her parish and community.
