Biography
Julia R. Anagnos dedicated her life to education and philanthropy, continuing the work of her father and mentoring young women in pursuit of knowledge. She championed institutions that supported the blind and the disadvantaged, believing that every child deserved a chance to flourish.
Her warm spirit and tireless advocacy left an imprint on the circles she touched, and she is remembered for the compassion that guided her service until her death in 1886.
