Biography

Kirill Naryshkin (1785–1857) was a prominent Russian nobleman of the distinguished Naryshkin family, one of the most influential aristocratic families in Imperial Russia. He lived during a transformative period in Russian history, witnessing the Napoleonic Wars and the subsequent development of Russian society under the Romanov dynasty.

Naryshkin's life reflected the cultural and political engagement expected of his class, and he maintained connections within Moscow's elite circles. He was laid to rest in the Cemetery of the Donskoy Monastery, one of Moscow's most prestigious burial grounds, a testament to his social standing and family prominence.
