Biography

Lady Frances Greville (1744–1825) was a woman of considerable social standing during the late Georgian era. As a member of the prominent Greville family, she occupied an important place in English aristocratic society and maintained connections with influential figures of her time.

Lady Frances spent much of her life engaged in the social and domestic pursuits befitting her station. She was laid to rest in the Church of St Giles in Calke, where her memory is preserved among the monuments of the parish.
