Biography
László Moholy-Nagy emerged from the vibrant cultural expanse of Hungary to become one of the most influential voices of the Bauhaus, experimenting with photography, typography, and light to forge a visual language of modernity.
After emigrating to the United States, he carried that restless curiosity across the Atlantic, founding the New Bauhaus in Chicago and shaping generations of designers with his insistence that art and technology must be partners; he passed in 1946 and is interred at Graceland Cemetery.
