Biography

Lloyd M. Bucher rose through the ranks of the U.S. Navy to command the USS Pueblo, guiding his crew through tense waters with calm resolve and an unshakable sense of duty.

After enduring captivity, he returned to share lessons of leadership and resilience, and he now rests at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery among fellow sailors.
