Lot Whitcomb

Biography

Lot Whitcomb (1807–1857) was a man of the nineteenth century whose life reflected the character and spirit of his era. Born in 1807, he lived through decades of American expansion and development during a period of significant national growth.

Whitcomb lived to the age of fifty and was interred at River View Cemetery in 1857. His life and memory remain part of the historical record of his community and the generations that shaped the nation during the nineteenth century.
