Marie Geoffroy-Château was a French woman who lived through much of the 19th century and into the early 20th century. Her life spanned a period of significant social and cultural transformation in France.

Geoffroy-Château's long life allowed her to witness the evolution of French society across generations. She was interred in Père Lachaise Cemetery, one of Paris's most distinguished final resting places.
